I had no idea who to go to when wanting to sell some gold I had, and stumbled across Gold Smart and several other companies doing similar things on the internet. Firstly I liked their approach on the phone, which is initially why I chose to go and see them, and then when I went to see them i was very impressed by their friendly and easy manner when dealing with me, they made me feel extremely welcome and at ease and were very professional in every thing they did for me. I have just recently dealt with Gold Smart and from the first email I sent asking how it all works, right through to the final payment, it was just so easy and quick. Even though I am in Wellington and Gold Smart is based in Auckland, it was still a very quick and easy transaction and done extremely professionally. Today I did something I have never done before. I had a couple pieces of gold jewellery that I had not worn for a number of years and decided to sell them.
