My grandfather asked me to sell his Rolex watch on his behalf and it was made so easy with the team at Gold Smart. Rich, Alisson & Anita were all so fantastic to deal with. The communication from all of them was prompt, clear, and efficient. I was a little apprehensive about sending the watch via courier, but I had a lot of reassurance and was contacted as soon as it arrived which was great. The whole process was so simple and so fast, and when we had a slight delay in the payment it was cleared up instantly and we received many apologies from the team.
